By placing an order with Evertaste Kitchen, you agree to the following terms:

• Freshness & Pickup/Delivery:
  All bakery items are made to order. Please ensure you pick up your order at the arranged time or are available for delivery within the specified window. We cannot guarantee freshness or quality after the scheduled pickup/delivery time.

• Allergen Notice:
  Our products are made in a kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.

• Order Changes & Cancellations:
  Orders must be changed or canceled at least 48 hours before your pickup/delivery date. No refunds will be given for changes or cancellations made after this period.

• Returns & Refunds:
  Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve it.

• Consumption & Storage:
  For best quality and safety, consume all baked goods and dressings within 2–3 days of purchase. Store items according to instructions provided.

Food Safety Notice:
Evertaste Kitchen follows strict food safety guidelines and holds current Washington State food handler permits. However, once products leave our possession, proper storage and handling are the responsibility of the customer. Evertaste Kitchen is not liable for foodborne illness resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption beyond the recommended timeframe.
